Project Quantity Surveyor (Construction /Foundations)

£65,000 - £70,000 + Progression + Training + Company Benefits

Are you an Quantity Surveyor confident running your own projects, from a fit-out, construction or building works background that wants to work for London's' leading name in basement and foundational works?

In this role, you will be working from the Isleworth office with senior QS's and Estimators who can help and guide you on their industry specifics to build cost estimates, assessing bids, supporting the procurement team.

The Role

• Produce accurate cost estimates
• Asses a variety of bids / tenders
• Support procurement teams to make sure materials are on order
• Manage interim valuations, cash flow forecasts and cost reporting

The Person

• Proven Project Quantity Surveying or similar experience
• No degree or qualification needed
• Based in Isleworth, South West London or commutable distance
