Project Quantity Surveyor – High End Commercial Fit Out📍 Soho, London
💰 £60,000 - £70,000 + Package
📅 Start Date: 3rd August 2026 / Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded main contractor delivering one of Central London's most prestigious high-end fit-out projects.
The scheme comprises an exclusive private members club featuring luxury hospitality facilities, premium office accommodation, high-end dining spaces, wellness facilities and exceptional interior finishes throughout.
Reporting into the Commercial Lead, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of this flagship development, working closely with the project delivery team and supply chain partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
This role would suit a driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next significant step in their career and gain exposure to a truly standout project.
Responsibilities
- Managing subcontractor procurement and package administration.
- Preparing and agreeing subcontractor valuations and payments.
- Monitoring project costs and forecasting expenditure.
- Managing variations, change control and final accounts.
- Assisting with commercial reporting and cost management.
- Supporting the project team with contractual and commercial matters.
- Working closely with operational teams to drive commercial performance.
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the client team.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years' post-graduate Quantity Surveying experience.
- Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.
- Proven experience delivering refurbishment, interiors or fit-out projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working as part of a site-based project team.
- Ambitious, proactive and eager to continue progressing your career.
