Project Support Administrator – Fire & Security

Isleworth (Office-Based)
 

We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Support Administrator to join our growing Fire & Security team in Isleworth.

Supporting the delivery of projects across CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Intercoms, Gates and Barriers, you will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Clients and Subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and project teams.
• Maintain project documentation, drawing registers and filing systems.
• Issue drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Manage document revisions and version control.
• Coordinate project meetings and support project reporting.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Update AutoCAD drawings and maintain revision histories.
• Produce as-installed and as-built drawings.
• Assist with O&M manuals and project handover documentation.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or Document Control role.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience managing documentation and version control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Desirable

• Experience within the Fire & Security, Construction or Engineering sectors.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarm systems.
• Experience producing as-built drawings and O&M documentation.
