Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Dependent on Experience
Hours: Mon – Friday 8.30 – 6pm/ Saturday 8.30 – 3.00 5 Day week
Licence and own car required
1 – 2 years’ of experience

Our client, a highly respected independent Estate Agency, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their vibrant team in Deptford.

Duties

• Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property management inspections, identifying maintenance requirements and potential risks.
• Liaise with contractors to obtain quotations, coordinate repairs, and oversee the completion of maintenance works.
• Provide property owners with advice on maintenance planning, budgeting, and property enhancement opportunities.
• Negotiate and coordinate tenancy renewals, ensuring all agreements are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare tenancy agreements and associated documentation in accordance with current legislation.
• Conduct tenant referencing and suitability assessments.
• Collect, verify, and process documentation from landlords and tenants, maintaining accurate records.
• Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company procedures.
• Carry out regular property inspections and produce detailed reports for landlords.
• Ensure properties remain compliant with relevant housing legislation, regulatory requirements, and local authority standards.
