Job Vacancy: Property Inspector (Temporary Accommodation)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our team, working closely with local authorities to manage and maintain high standards within temporary accommodation. You will serve as a key link between the council, landlords, and tenants, ensuring that properties are safe and ready for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Inspections: Monitor property condition and ensure tenants maintain standards.
- Occupancy & Compliance: Complete checks to identify abandonment or unauthorised sub-letting.
- Ready-to-Let Assessments: Use pre-populated digital forms to ensure properties meet safety requirements.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Conduct joint inspections with local authorities and coordinate access with landlords or contractors.
- Tenant Management: Facilitate the booking-in process for new tenants.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Industry Expertise: Essential experience in social housing or property management.
- Licensing: Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, IT proficiency, and excellent organisation.
