We're working with a well-established and growing business in Harrogate that is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join its friendly and supportive finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing payment runs
• Processing employee expenses
• Maintaining accurate supplier records
• Supporting month-end finance processes
• Assisting with continuous improvements within the accounts payable function

About You

• Previous purchase ledger/accounts payable experience
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Good Excel and systems skills
