• Lead inspections: incoming, in-process, and final checks to ensure top-tier quality.
• Oversee NDT testing (VT, PT/MT, RT/UT) and close findings efficiently.
• Maintain full traceability of materials, welding, and electrical components.
• Create and manage ITPs, weld maps, quality plans, and NCRs.
• Drive continuous improvement: analyze defects, reduce rework, and improve manufacturability.
• Coach and mentor the team on inspection criteria, safety, and testing best practices.
• Interface confidently with clients and third-party inspectors, managing hold/witness points professionally.

• Hands-on experience in mechanical/electromechanical fabrication or modular plant construction.
• Ability to read P&IDs, isometrics, GA drawings, electrical schematics, and datasheets.
• Skilled in precision measurement, pressure testing, torque, and basic electrical testing.
• Knowledge of welding quality, NDT methods, and ISO 9001 QMS.
• Strong communicator—shop floor and client-ready.

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or experience with SPC/CAPA.
• Familiarity with PED/UKCA, ASME B31.x/EN piping codes, ATEX, and BMS/I/O FATs.
• Experience in aerospace or automotive industries—a major advantage!
