Job Description:

Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Civils & Groundworks

Location: Projects within 1 hour of Reading

Position: Hybrid Working Available

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in:
* Civils
* Groundworks
* Formwork
* Reinforced Concrete (RC) Frames
* Deep Drainage
* All aspects of Groundworks

The ideal candidate will have experience working on all aspects of Groundworks and be confident managing commercial aspects from procurement through to final accounts.
Key Requirements

* Proven QS experience within civils and groundwork packages
* Strong knowledge of RC frame and deep drainage works
* Experience on high-end residential developments
* Ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractors
* Strong commercial and contractual awareness
* Full UK driving licence preferred
