Job Description:

We’re recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a top tier contractor to deliver highways improvement projects up to £15m in and around Bristol. The role is with a national contractor who have secured repeat business with local authorities, National Highways and private clients in the region – resulting in an increased workload and need to grow the team as they expand their regional office.

Initially you will work with a small commercial team to oversee 2-3 projects at different stages of construction, supporting with new tenders, managing a live project and working with clients to close out legacy projects.

• Valuations
• Cost planning & change control
• Subcontractor payments
• Remeasurements
• CVR’s
• Monthly commercial forecasting/reporting
• Cash flow & progress reporting
• Final accounts and audits
