Receptionist Admin Assistant

Be the first impression of our physiotherapy clinic giving a warm and friendly welcome to new and current clients. You will run our reception, handling telephone and e-mail enquiries and booking appointments using our electronic diary system. You will facilitate our physiotherapists to deliver a great customer experience right from the initial contact. There will be administrative tasks involved in the day to day smooth running of a busy clinic.
This is a part-time position of 15 hours per week. 9am – 12pm Monday to Friday.
Main responsibilities:
You must be smartly presented to create a professional first impression of our clinic. You do not need any specific reception experience but experience of working with people would be advantageous. Good written and spoken communication is essential with a polite and courteous manner. You should enjoy working with people and have an empathic and compassionate nature. Candidates must be organised and have good basic IT skills. Experience of social media marketing advantageous.
