Receptionist (Temporary) Location: Vale of Glamorgan
Salary: £12.71
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Duration: Temporary cover from 22nd June to 30th June (inclusive)


Hoop Professional Services & HR are delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in the recruitment of a temporary Receptionist to provide short-term cover. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced receptionist or administrator who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and being the welcoming face of an organisation making a real difference.

The Role As the first point of contact for visitors, staff and external stakeholders, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception and front-of-house services.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a general enquiries inbox
  
  
• Operating the switchboard and directing calls appropriately
  
  
• Meeting and greeting visitors
  
  
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
  
  
• Coordinating deliveries and collections
  
  
• Issuing and managing parking permits
  
  
• Maintaining visitor and contractor sign-in procedures
  
  
• Supporting general reception and facilities administration
  
  
• Providing excellent customer service to all visitors and callers
  
  

About You We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced within reception, front-of-house or customer service environments
  
  
• Confident managing busy inboxes and telephone systems
  
  
• Professional, organised and reliable
  
  
• Comfortable working independently
  
  
• Compassionate and approachable in their communication style
  
  
• Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  
  
• Competent with general administrative tasks and IT systems
