Join Our Team as a Receptionist in Healthcare!

Location: Hammersmith and Fulham, Greater London
Contract Type: Permanent | Working Pattern: Full Time

Our client is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their clinic, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every patient who walks through the door.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new patient inquiries through various channels: telephone, WhatsApp, social media and in-person
• Explain clinic services and daily operations with clarity and enthusiasm
• Foster human connections with new patients, providing excellent customer service at all times
• Prepare patient records and responses to patient inquiries
• Handle product deliveries and manage orders from suppliers
• Act as the point of sales post-treatment, taking payments and booking follow-up appointments
• Collaborate with clinic staff to anticipate their needs, ensuring an efficient workflow
• Support social media management, creating and posting engaging content and updates

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Experience and comfort in using social media for business purposes
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to go the extra mile
• Professional experience in a similar role would be advantageous
• Team-oriented mindset, ready to pitch in and use your initiative

Working Pattern:

• Tuesday: 10AM - 5PM
• Wednesday: 9AM - 6PM
• Thursday: 11AM - 8PM
• Friday: 10AM - 6PM
• Saturday: 9AM - 5PM
