Location: Bristol

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Salary: Up to £30k plus bonus and Award winning benefits

As a Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for key client accounts - from initial job briefing through candidate delivery and workforce planning. You’ll be accountable for meeting agreed hiring targets within set timelines, while consistently delivering an excellent client and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates, producing strong shortlists for client consideration.

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, taking detailed job briefs and evaluating hiring requirements.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular calls, onsite visits, and service review meetings.

• Provide clear feedback and ongoing support to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

About you

• Proven experience in recruitment, account management, or workforce solutions - ideally within a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability, able to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Hold a valid UK driving licence and access to own car for site visits.
