Recruitment Account Manager – Education Staffing & Client Delivery
£25,000–£35,000 + Commission
Birmingham City Centre
Fulltime/permanent - 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)

Smile Education is looking for an Account Manager to support our partnership with Enquire Learning Trust as part of our growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment, resourcing, account management, staffing, education, healthcare, social care or client services.
 
This is a relationship-driven, delivery-focused role where you'll manage school staffing requirements, engage candidates, liaise with partner agencies and ensure a first-class service for schools.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage short-term, long-term and emergency school staffing requirements
• Act as the main point of contact for schools, candidates and partner agencies
• Build strong relationships with MAT stakeholders, schools and education professionals
• Source, screen and interview Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff
• Advertise vacancies across job boards and recruitment channels
• Coordinate candidate availability, bookings and placements
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems
• Work closely with compliance teams to ensure candidate suitability
• Chase timesheets, manage booking administration and resolve service issues
• Identify staffing challenges and deliver practical recruitment solutions

Brimingham city centre
7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
 
Skills & Experience

• Experience in account management, recruitment, resourcing, staffing or customer service
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confident telephone manner and relationship-building ability
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
