Job Description:

We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator for one of our clients near to the Aylesbury area. 

You must be able to drive to get to this location, hybrid working available. 

Location: Aston Clinton, near to Aylesbury - you must DRIVE to access the location 

Hours: 9am until 5:30pm or 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday 

Salary: £15.80 per hour, holiday pay accrued, PAYE Contract 

Key Responsibilities:  

• 360 Recruitment process for operational vacancies, Warehouse, logistics, production etc. 
• Conduct telephone calls with prospective candidates
• Manage end to end process with interviews and offers 
• Proactively manage the inbox and applications  

Experience Required: 

• Proven experience in Recruitment/Recruitment administrator role 
• Strong written and communication skills 
• Managing an ATS system
