As a Perms Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the action:

• Identify and develop exciting new business opportunities within permanent placements
• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
• Source, interview and qualify candidates for commercial vacancies.
• Write engaging job adverts that get people talking.
• Match talented candidates with opportunities where they can thrive.
• Manage the interview, feedback and offer process.
• Get out and about for client meetings and site visits.
• Deliver a first-class experience to clients and candidates.
• Smash individual and team performance targets.
