Recruitment Consultant – Engineering, Housing & Construction

Bromley (office-based, Monday–Friday)

Delivery Consultant: £25K–£32K | Senior Consultant: £32K–£38K + uncapped commission

With over 250 live roles at any given time and continuous demand from major clients, the business is now expanding its team and looking for experienced recruiters to join its growing Bromley office.

The Opportunity

We’re recruiting across two levels:

• Delivery Consultants (£25K–£32K) – focusing on candidate resourcing, delivery, and relationship management.
• Senior Consultants (£32K–£38K) – full 360 responsibility with scope to manage and grow key client accounts.

Commission Structure (uncapped):

• £0–£10K = 10%
• £10K–£20K = 20%

• Experienced recruiters with a strong billing or delivery background
• Temps or perms experience (sector background flexible)

• Fully office-based, 5 days per week
