Recruitment Consultant – Education Recruitment
£30,000 – £40,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Education Network is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Edgbaston.
Whether you already work in education recruitment or are an experienced recruiter looking to move sectors, this is an opportunity to join a supportive, high-performing team where your success is recognised and rewarded.

You'll inherit a warm desk with established schools and candidates, giving you the platform to grow your business while making a real difference to schools across the West Midlands.

You'll manage a specialist desk within SEND, Secondary or Primary, depending on your experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Building long-term relationships with schools and education professionals.
• Recruiting teachers and support staff for temporary and permanent vacancies.
• Growing your desk through business development and networking.
• Delivering an exceptional service to clients and candidates.
• Maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and compliance.

You'll have:

• Recruitment experience (education experience is beneficial but not essential).
• A passion for building relationships and delivering excellent service.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The drive to grow your desk and maximise your earning potential.
