Recruitment Consultant – £30–37k + Uncapped Commission

Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm

We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of client accounts, win new business, deliver exceptional candidates, and help develop junior consultants.

The Role

• Win new business and grow existing client accounts
• Earn 10% commission on your billings
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy to placement
• Build and maintain strong, high-quality candidate pipelines
• Develop long-term client and candidate relationships
• Consistently hit and exceed billing targets
• Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing your experience and knowledge

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within Industrial recruitment
• A proven track record in a target-driven recruitment environment
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded, resilient and highly motivated
• A proactive approach with the drive to win
• Full UK driving licence
