Recruitment Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant – Construction

Bond Recruit Ltd | Circa £30,000 + Commission 

Bond Recruit Ltd, established in 2018, specialises in contract and temporary recruitment within the construction sector.

We’re looking for a confident and driven Recruitment Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant to join our growing business.

This is a recruitment-focused role, sourcing and speaking with construction professionals across the UK and matching them with live freelance and temporary opportunities. For the right person, there is a clear opportunity to progress into running your own recruitment desk and earning commission.

The Role

• Source Site Engineers, Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors and other construction professionals
• Speak with candidates daily regarding their availability and current requirements
• Advertise and resource for live vacancies
• Search CV databases and job boards to identify suitable candidates
• Register and qualify candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and construction professionals
• Keep our recruitment system accurate and up to date
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, opportunities and placements
• Identify potential new vacancies and client leads
• Develop your understanding of the construction recruitment market

Progression

We’re looking for someone who wants to develop a career in recruitment rather than simply fill a resourcing position.

As your experience and market knowledge grow, you'll have the opportunity to take more ownership, develop client relationships, build and run your own recruitment desk and earn commission on top of your salary.

About You

You’ll be confident on the phone, proactive, organised and comfortable speaking with new people.

You’ll need to be motivated, commercially minded and willing to pick up the phone and build relationships. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, follows things through and wants to develop.

Previous recruitment or construction experience would be beneficial, but isn’t essential for the right person.

Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum + opportunity to earn commission
