Recruitment Consultant - Construction 

Location: Marylebone, London

Salary: Competitive Basic + Exceptional Commission Structure

Are you a Construction Recruiter with a couple of years experience under your belt, but feel like you're ready to take your career to the next level?

We're a specialist construction recruitment agency based in Marylebone. We've built our business around a simple belief that good recruiters perform at their best when they're given the right environment, support and opportunity to grow.

We're looking for an ambitious Construction Recruiter who already understands the market and has experience working a recruitment desk, but is looking for more guidance, development and opportunity to progress.

You'll work very closely with one of our Recruitment Directors, giving you direct access to senior-level experience and mentorship while you continue to develop your own skills, relationships and desk.

This isn't about starting again. It's about taking the experience you've already built and turning it into something much bigger.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years recruitment experience, ideally specialising in the construction sector.
• A good understanding of the construction recruitment market and how a recruitment desk works.
• Experience sourcing candidates and building relationships within your market.
• Some experience of business development and client engagement.
• Someone who is ambitious and wants to develop their career rather than simply work a 9-5.
• A coachable individual who actively wants to learn from experienced recruiters.
• Someone who takes ownership, responds well to feedback and wants to build something of their own.
