Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare

TXM Healthcare is growing its Healthcare division and is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join an established team recruiting across NHS and private healthcare. The opportunity You will take ownership of a recruitment desk within the secondary care market, supporting clients across NHS and private healthcare. The role combines candidate delivery, account development and new business activity, giving you the autonomy to strengthen existing relationships while building a portfolio of your own. What you’ll be doing

• Source, engage and place healthcare professionals in suitable roles
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and provide a high-quality experience throughout the recruitment process
• Manage and develop existing client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing and candidate attraction through to placement and aftercare
• Use your market knowledge to advise clients and candidates effectively

Who we’re looking for We’re looking for someone with previous recruitment experience who is ready to take greater ownership of a desk. Healthcare recruitment experience would be beneficial, but we also welcome recruiters from other sectors who can demonstrate strong commercial awareness, relationship-building skills and a track record of working towards targets.

• Confident verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the resilience to succeed in a target-driven environment
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client and candidate needs
• A commercial mindset and an interest in developing business
• An approachable, collaborative style and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people
