• £30,000–£40,000 basic salary, negotiable depending on experience.
• Uncapped, open-ended commission, paid monthly. Realistic OTE £50,000–£60,000, with scope to earn more.

• A track record in recruitment - Evidence that you can build relationships, generate opportunities and deliver successful placements.
• Commercial appetite - You enjoy winning business and developing accounts, as well as finding the right candidate.
• Credibility with clients and candidates - You ask useful questions, listen carefully and get beyond the surface of a job description or CV.
• Strong delivery - You can research a market, engage candidates, assess suitability and keep an assignment moving.
• Ownership - You follow through on commitments, deal with challenges and ask for support when you need it.
• High standards - You care about the quality of your work and the reputation you build.

Experience in commercial, engineering, manufacturing or technical recruitment would be useful. Success in another specialist market could be just as relevant.
