Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire (Hybrid options available)

Salary: £30000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience) 

 We’re currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team in Doncaster.

The Role:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a range of exciting roles across various sectors. You'll work closely with our recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and ensure we find the right candidates quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals).
• Screening CVs and applications to shortlist candidates for open positions.
• Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Updating and maintaining the candidate database.
• Assisting recruitment consultants with interview scheduling and candidate management.
• Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Contributing to team targets and supporting the business development efforts.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Minimum  1 year Previous recruitment recourcer experience 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
