The role in a sentence

Be the engine of delivery. You’ll partner with a Recruitment Consultant who manages the client relationship. They provide you signed-off roles; you focus on finding and qualifying the right people at pace.  


Your growth path

From day one you’ll have a personalised development plan and structured training. You can specialise as a Resourcer and progress to Senior Resourcer, or broaden into Recruitment Consultant with more client contact and an introduction of business development duties. If leadership appeals, there’s a route to Team Leader as you develop.

Founded in 2013, Talk Recruitment places white-collar executive professionals across Construction, Housebuilding and Civil Engineering. Previous experience recruiting in this sector is not essential.
