Overview

A leading Tier 1 engineering contractor is seeking a proactive and driven Recruitment Resourcer to support the delivery of high-volume and specialist recruitment across major infrastructure and engineering projects.

The role is based in a great location in Milton Keyes close to the Train Station

Working closely with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and the wider HR/recruitment team, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across disciplines such as civil engineering, M&E, commercial, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and direct headhunting
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles including Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and specialist technical roles
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Write and post job adverts aligned with project and business needs
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Develop relationships with candidates, ensuring a strong employer brand experience
• Assist with onboarding processes including compliance checks and documentation

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant, or Talent Acquisition Coordinator (ideally within construction, engineering, or infrastructure)
• Strong sourcing capability across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, job boards)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS systems
