Full-time | Office-based | 35hrs per week
£25,500 per annum

About the Role
This is an excellent junior position where you’ll gain hands-on experience and learn the fundamentals of the recruitment industry. You’ll be working closely with experienced consultants on live, inbound vacancies, helping to identify and match candidates to exciting opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Screening and interviewing candidates for active job roles
- Speaking with candidates daily via phone and email
- Matching candidate skills and experience to available vacancies
- Managing candidate compliance and onboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate candidate records on internal systems
- Building strong relationships with candidates and delivering a positive experience
