Job Description:

Position: Senior Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Cambridgeshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £35,000 to £40,000 subject to experience level. Plus performance related quarterly bonus.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join a national company based slightly North of Cambridge.

This company deal with commercial maintenance on a national basis.

This Recruitment Resourcer will be managing the company's recruitment requirements across the country. These requirements will include management, engineers, accounts and administrative people.

The right person for this position will already have experience dealing with the full recruitment process from writing job spec's, advertising positions, resourcing via job boards and other on line sites, fully interview candidates, check certificates and legal working requirements. They need to be able to work very closely with senior management and keep to KPI's.

They do need to be able to follow trends in the market and be able to relay this information back to the directors. The also need to manage managers expectations in relation to time scales and packages.

This is an office based role to start, but can become part hybrid

Requirements

• Strong background in Resourcing
• Experience in dealing with high volume and technical recruitment requirements
• Based in the Cambridgeshire are
• Willing to start this position in the office
• Experience in recruiting for Engineers would be a major advantage
• Good understanding of recruitment policies
• Excellent IT and Communication skills
