Job Description:

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Candidate Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Braintree Town Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join our established, growing Recruitment Agency.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our recruitment divisions by taking ownership of candidate attraction, engagement and pipeline management across the business. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role suited to someone who is proactive, highly organised and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proactively source and attract candidates across multiple divisions
• Manage incoming applications and candidate enquiries
• Reactivate existing candidates from our database
• Conduct candidate registrations and initial screening
• Build and maintain strong, up-to-date candidate pipelines
• Manage candidate availability and ongoing communication
• Coordinate & conduct registrations, interviews and appointments
• Greet and welcome candidates, clients and other office visitors
• Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance information
• Support consultants with urgent candidate requirements and sourcing activity
• General administrative tasks

• Confident and professional communicator
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
• Confident speaking to candidates over the phone and face-to-face
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Previous recruitment, resourcing, customer service or people-focused experience would be advantageous

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm & Friday 8:30am – 4pm.

Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE
