Sales/Recruitment Administrator - Join Our Team at Knightwood Associates

We're not a huge corporate business where you'll get lost in the crowd. We work closely together, support one another and believe that having a good team around you makes all the difference.

You'll be working alongside our recruitment team, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are necessarily the same, and you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of tasks, making this a great role for someone who enjoys being organised, keeping busy and helping others.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining candidate and client records.

• Updating our internal systems and databases.

• Formatting CVs and preparing documents.

• Posting job advertisements.

• Assisting with candidate registrations and onboarding.

• General office administration and supporting the team wherever needed.

Someone who's organised, reliable and takes pride in getting things right. You'll need good attention to detail, a positive attitude and the confidence to manage a varied workload.

Previous administration experience would be useful, but we're just as interested in finding someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to become part of the team.
