An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Sales Manager to lead and grow a successful Driving Division across the North West region.

 
Based from the Liverpool office, this role offers the autonomy to manage and develop an established area, driving business growth within the transport and logistics sector whilst building strong long-term client relationships.

As the Recruitment Sales Manager, your duties will include:

• Driving sales growth across the North West through new business development
• Managing and developing relationships with key transport and logistics clients
• Identifying and securing new commercial opportunities within the Driving sector
• Leading from the front in a hands-on, target-driven sales role
• Supporting and mentoring consultants across the region where required
• Monitoring regional performance and implementing strategies to maximise growth

 

The successful Recruitment Sales Manager will have:

• Previous experience within a sales focused Driving or Logistics recruitment environment
• A proven track record in business development and revenue generation
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and commercially focused approach
• The ability to manage workloads independently across office, field and home working
• A full UK driving licence
