They are renowned for investing heavily in their engineers through industry-leading training, including CO2 and Hydrocarbon systems, whilst offering genuine long-term career progression into Senior Engineer and leadership positions.
In this role, you'll carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a portfolio of supermarket sites within your designated region. Working primarily on commercial refrigeration and CO2 pack systems, you'll diagnose faults, complete repairs, carry out minor installations where required and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently. You'll work a structured week with a planned 1-in-4 on-call rota, with all additional hours paid at overtime rates.
This role would suit a Refrigeration Engineer with F-Gas certification looking for a secure, well-paid position offering excellent overtime, specialist technical training and a regional patch with genuine long-term career prospects.
