Job Description:

Location: Wyre Forest
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (3 months)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 4:30pm

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Refuse Driver (HGV Class 2) to support waste collection services across the Wyre Forest area. This is a hands-on role requiring safe driving, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving a HGV Class 2 refuse vehicle
• Carrying out domestic and commercial waste collections
• Working as part of a crew to complete daily collection rounds
• Ensuring vehicle safety checks are completed
• Adhering to health & safety and road regulations

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• CPC qualification
• Digital Tachograph card
• Previous refuse or similar driving experience desirable
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
