Regional Projects Manager (Ecological)
£55,000 - £60,000 + Company Benefits + Training + Hybrid + Company Car

Are you a Project Manager or similar from an ecological background looking to lead projects across the West Midlands in a varied role within a rapidly growing environmental consultancy offering a company vehicle, autonomy, and a unique workload?

Since the early 2000s, this company has been delivering environmental consultancy and land management services across the UK. Their projects range from small-scale residential works through to major infrastructure schemes, including HS2. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their presence across the West Midlands.

In this varied role, you will manage a portfolio of contracts across the region, carrying out site visits and surveys, monitoring project progress, and liaising with both clients and operational teams. You will oversee project costings, support contract delivery, and help identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business. The role offers a mix of site-based and home working with regular travel throughout the West Midlands.

This role would suit a Project Manager or similar from an ecological background looking to join a growing company offering autonomy, training, progression opportunities, and a company vehicle.

The Role

• Manage land management and environmental contracts across the West Midlands
• Carry out site visits and surveys to monitor project progress and ensure compliance
• Hybrid role with travel across the West Midlands
• Support the development of existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities

The Person

• Project Manager or similar
• Ecological background or similar
• Willing to travel across the West Midlands
• Full Driver's License
