Regional Sales Manager


Field-Based  | East Midlands | Company Car Provided OTE circa £65,000 + Excellent Benefits


The Opportunity


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to join a well-established and highly respected business.


Covering the East Midlands territory, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships, driving territory growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role would suit a motivated sales professional who enjoys building trusted partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and working autonomously within a field-based environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships across the region.
• Create and implement strategic territory plans to maximise sales growth and customer engagement.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts.
• Monitor market trends, customer performance and competitor activity within the territory.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity and pipeline progression.
• Represent the business professionally at customer meetings, industry events and sales meetings.
• Deliver outstanding levels of service and support to customers, ensuring long-term partnerships are maintained.

About You

• Experience in sales, account management or territory management.
• Commercial awareness and strong relationship-building skills will also be considered.
• A confident and engaging communication style with the ability to influence and build credibility quickly.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A highly self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
• A resilient, target-driven mindset focused on achieving results.
• A professional, positive and customer-focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.
