Wales (Field Based)
£35,000 - £40,000 + £500 per month car allowance + bonus potential

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join a well-established and growing manufacturer within the plumbing and heating industry. This is a fantastic chance to take ownership of a key territory, managing existing accounts while developing new business opportunities across Wales.

The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales across a portfolio of domestic heating products, including boilers, heat pumps, and hot water solutions. You will work closely with installers, plumbing merchants, contractors, and other industry partners to increase product awareness, generate demand, and deliver sustainable sales growth.
This is a consultative sales role where relationship building, technical understanding, and commercial awareness are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with plumbing and heating merchants, installers, contractors and key industry contacts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the region
• Promote a range of market-leading domestic heating solutions.
• Provide product advice and technical support to customers.
• Generate new leads and convert enquiries into long-term business partnerships.
• Deliver regular customer visits and maintain a strong presence within your territory.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor market activity, competitor trends and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports, tracking progress against targets.
• Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to maximise regional performance.

About You

• Experience in a field sales, area sales, territory sales or regional sales management role.
• Background within the plumbing, heating, HVAC, renewables or building products sector.
• Strong knowledge of domestic boilers, heat pumps or heating systems.
• Experience selling through merchant and installer networks.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing your own territory effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

• Previous experience working for a manufacturer.
• Experience dealing with local authorities, housing associations or social housing providers.
• Understanding of pricing structures, rebate agreements and sales incentive programmes.
