What we’re looking for:

• Current NMC registration with an active PIN
• Previous experience within nursing homes, care homes, or private healthcare environments
• Tracheostomy and ventilator training highly desirable
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt, prioritise, and remain calm in fast-paced clinical settings
• A compassionate, person-centred approach to care
• Reliability, flexibility, and professionalism at all times

Your role as a Registered Nurse with Fusion 24 may include:

• Delivering safe, high quality nursing care in line with NMC and clinical standards
• Administering medication and closely monitoring patient health and wellbeing
• Developing, reviewing, and implementing individualised care plans
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safeguarding and compliance policies
• Providing compassionate support to patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Working across a variety of nursing homes and private healthcare services based on your preferences
