Registered Manager - Children's Home

Bampton, Oxfordshire
Up to £79,185 Package + 30% Bonus Scheme
8 Bed SEMH Home | Full Time | Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established children's home supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The Role

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home
  * Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and Ofsted compliance
  * Support and develop staff teams
  * Create positive outcomes for young people
  * Maintain a safe, nurturing and structured environment

Requirements

• Experience managing an Ofsted Good or Outstanding children's home
  * Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  * Strong leadership and safeguarding knowledge
  * Full UK driving licence

Salary & Benefits

• Salary £54,997 - £68,441
• 10% annual bonus
