Registered Manager - Children's Home

Bampton, Oxfordshire
£54,997 - £68,441 + Bonuses
Total Package: Up to £79,185 (8-Bed Children's Home)

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people?

We're recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead an established 8-bed children's residential home supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, leading and developing your team, maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations. Working alongside clinical and education professionals, you'll help create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.

Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
• Previous experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding Children's Home
• Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
• Experience supporting children with SEMH and complex needs
• Proven leadership and staff management experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
