Job Description:

Registered Manager - Children's Residential (EBD)
Staffordshire | Up to £60,000 + £7,500 Bonus

We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed children's home supporting young people with EBD.

You'll be responsible for team leadership, Ofsted compliance, safeguarding, and delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience as Registered or Deputy Manager
• EBD experience
• Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations
• Level 3 In Children(Level 5 desirable)
• Full UK driving licence
