Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home

Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Bonus (subject to confirmation)

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

JP Healthcare Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate Registered Manager for a children's residential care opportunity in Daventry.

We're looking for someone who believes in leading with compassion, supporting their team and making a genuine difference in the lives of young people.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting a dedicated residential care team.
• Creating a safe, nurturing and positive environment.
• Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements.
• Developing staff and promoting a supportive team culture.
• Driving positive outcomes for children and young people.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in children's residential care management.
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or working towards it where appropriate.
• Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A genuine commitment to child-centred care.
