Job Description:

This role is responsible for the overall operational management of a drug and alcohol treatment centre, excluding the delivery of clinical and therapeutic services. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including health and safety, care standards, medication management, and governance. The postholder will oversee the day-to-day running of the service, including staff supervision, training and rota management, patient admissions, financial processes, and general operational efficiency. The role also involves managing complaints, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring the centre operates safely, effectively, and in line with organisational policies and procedures.

Experience:

• Drug and alcohol rehab: 1 year (required)
• Leadership / management : 1 year (required)
