Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care | Birmingham + other locations available

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Start Date: Immediate
Qualification: NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or relevant equivalent

HTH Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established domiciliary care provider in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced domiciliary care professional to take overall responsibility for the management of the service, lead a dedicated team and ensure clients receive high-quality, person-centred care within their own homes.

About the Role

The successful Registered Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service, ensuring the service operates effectively and remains compliant with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.

You will play a key role in leading the care team, maintaining high standards of care and driving continuous improvement across the service.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager / Registered Manager who has:

• Previous management experience within domiciliary care

• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance

• Experience managing and developing care teams

• An NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or relevant equivalent

• Experience with safeguarding, care planning and risk management

• Strong knowledge of care quality and regulatory requirements

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• A genuine commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of the domiciliary care service

• Ensuring the service remains compliant with CQC regulations

• Leading, supporting and developing the care team

• Maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding

• Managing care plans, risk assessments and quality assurance processes

• Monitoring service quality and driving continuous improvement

• Working closely with clients, families and healthcare professionals

• Supporting recruitment, induction and staff development

• Managing staffing levels and ensuring effective service delivery

• Maintaining strong relationships with commissioners and external professionals
