Job Description:
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strong operator with a proven track record of managing high-quality nursing and residential care services.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operational and clinical performance of both services.
- Maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, motivate and develop established care teams.
- Oversee clinical governance, audits, safeguarding and quality assurance.
- Manage staffing, budgets, occupancy and overall commercial performance.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals.
- RGN qualification with an active NMC PIN.
- Significant experience managing elderly nursing or residential care services.
- Proven track record of managing Good CQC-rated homes.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
- Good career longevity and stability within previous roles.
- Strong leadership, operational and commercial skills.
- Salary £70,000 - £80,000.
