Must have a CCTV Licence

Must be able to commute to Leeds and available to work Days and Nights.

• Respond promptly and professionally to telephone and email enquiries from colleagues and customers, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the Control Room Team to maintain consistent, transparent, and ongoing communication regarding daily operations and service updates.
• Monitor and manage the employee tracking and scheduling system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Compile and deliver accurate reports on incidents and operational events, sharing insights with both management and clients as required.
• Complete all necessary documentation efficiently, escalating issues appropriately and in a timely manner when needed.
• Liaise effectively with all departments across the organisation to support seamless operations and cross-functional coordination.
• Utilise FRG systems proficiently to carry out daily tasks and contribute to the smooth running of control room operations.

• Must be able to provide a full 5-year employment and/or education history, including addresses and landline contact details for verification purposes.
• Must have a CCTV Licence

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues and customers.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working in a Control Room environment.
• Background in administration or customer service roles.
• Experience within the security industry is a strong advantage.
