Job Description:

Remedial Plumber - Based in Greater London 

Up to £42,000 including Van + unlimited overtime plus benefits  

Environmental and Building Services Consultancy are actively looking to grow their plumbing team and currently require 2 experienced Remedial Plumbers to cover commercial work around the Greater London area with regional work offered as much as possible. 

Required skills for a Remedial Plumber position: 

• 4+ years working as a Remedial Plumber or Maintenance Plumber 

• Have carried out duties including - Deadleg Removals, Pipework Modifications, TMV Install and Servicing, Tank Checks and Installs 

• Have a working knowledge of water hygiene work including – Sampling, Monitoring and Tank Cleans 

• Full driving licence 

• DBS checked 

Typical duties required from the Remedial Plumber will include: 

• Pipework removal / configurations 

• Legionella compliance  

• TMV servicing / upgrades 

• Deadleg removals 

• General PPM Maintenance 

The Remedial Plumber can expect to receive an extensive benefits package with unlimited overtime, call out bonus scheme and opportunities to enter progression paths and move into a supervisory role.  

All employees will have effective support mechanisms in place to support staff on and off-site ensuring contracts run smoothly, site issues are dealt with swiftly and the Remedial Plumber maintains a health work/life balance ensuring they can keep to their 40 hours a week (Overtime is optional)
