• Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) – Social Housing Decarbonisation

• Location: Mitcham, South London (Local Estate Patch)

• Pay Rate: £23.00 per hour (Umbrella) OR £17.32 per hour (PAYE direct) + Weekly Pay

• Contract Type: Full-Time Contract

• Hours: Monday to Friday, Standard Day Shift (37.5 – 40 hours per week)

• Mandatory Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence, Own Vehicle, Essential RLO / Social Housing Experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Being the Friendly Face on Site: Conduct warm, informative pre-start home visits to walk residents through upcoming energy upgrades and answer their questions with confidence.

• Keeping the Wheels Turning: Work hand-in-hand with site supervisors and specialist sub-contractors to schedule property access smoothly and keep project timelines on track.

• Problem Solving with Heart: Support vulnerable residents through short-term disruption, de-escalating concerns before they turn into complaints, and finding smart solutions that keep everyone happy.

• Celebrating Handovers: Take pride in guiding tenants through final sign-offs, collecting positive customer satisfaction feedback, and seeing the finished transformation firsthand.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven RLO / TLO Experience: Prior experience in social housing or local authority maintenance/retrofit projects where you've proven your ability to handle resident communications.

• Natural People Skills: High empathy, fantastic listening skills, and a calm, positive attitude that puts residents at ease instantly.

• Driver: A valid Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for moving around the local Mitcham patch.

• Organization: Comfort keeping accurate communication logs and managing daily appointments efficiently.
