If so, this could be the role for you. We are looking for a Resourcing Administrator to join our People and People Services directorate, providing high-quality administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a single role that can be based at either our Burford, Radcliffe or Newport site, with hybrid working in place. We are keen to appoint as soon as possible, so we will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis and inviting shortlisted candidates to interview as they apply.

More about the role

You will support the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to ensure vacancies are managed efficiently, candidates are kept informed, and hiring managers receive a consistent and professional service. Working closely with Resourcing Partners and the Resourcing Coordinator, you will contribute to both high-volume and specialist recruitment activity across the charity. What you will be doing
