Restaurant Shift Manager (Seasonal)

Sherwood Forest | £15.74 per hour

Join our Food & Beverage team this festive season, ensuring guests enjoy magical experiences while events run smoothly and financial goals are met. From Brunch with Santa to lively Discos and Forest Fayre, you'll help create unforgettable moments.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver great service and festive experiences
• Plan and support seasonal events like Forest Fayre, Brunch with Santa and Discos
• Improve efficiency and meet financial targets through smart planning
• Resolve guest queries and use your skills to monitor and boost performance

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 29th January 2027

• Full-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings and weekends

About you

• Ability to lead a team in a busy, fast paced environment
• A good level of computer literacy and analytical skills
• Previous supervisory experience at a similar level
• Excellent communicator 
• Excellent organisational skills whilst working under pressure
