Retail Sales Assistant / Keyholder

Location: Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet
Hours: 25 - 30 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Start Date: Immediate start available - candidates must be available to start ASAP

We are supporting a well-established international retailer with the continued growth of their Cheshire Oaks store and are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant / Keyholder to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, and taking on additional responsibility as a keyholder.

The Role

As a Sales Assistant / Keyholder, you will play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to every customer
• Support the opening and closing of the store as a designated keyholder
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, and inventory management
• Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Support the management team in achieving sales and store performance targets
• Help create a positive and welcoming shopping environment

About You

• Previous experience in a retail sales or customer-facing retail role is essential
• Previous keyholder experience is desirable
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently when required
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods
• A positive team player with a proactive attitude
